Featuring a cozy wood fire combustion heater inside & a fire pit outside for winter, and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout for comfortable summer stays.Â
Superb sunsets can be taken in on the front deck with a glass of Hunter Valley wine, whilst enjoying the relaxing rural outlook. Internally the house is a delight for any cook with a fully stocked kitchen & BBQ area. Separate dining & lounge room areas inside, and an abundance of room outside being set on 5 acres, affords you plenty of space to spread out in comfort.Â
Located on the Elbourne Wines cellar door estate & restaurant (coming early 2022) and has its own private access and parking. Ideally placed for easy access to the vineyards, concerts & the restaurants of both Lovedale & Pokolbin.Â

The Space
Plenty of space both internally & externally to spread out comfortably. Just in case of wet weather, there is the availability of plenty of board games & toys for the kids. Foxtel & Netflix is also available if required. We’ve recently added an outdoor kids play area & sandpit, to keep the little ones entertained whilst you watch on from the verandah. Also located on the 5 acre property is the Elbourne Wines cellar door & restaurant for something to eat, or for convenient wine tasting experiences of their award winning wines! You might also be lucky enough to witness kangaroos grazing in the paddock during your stay, or meet the neighbours’ horses!
