Our boutique vineyards produce small batches of handmade wine, utilising a predominately old-school & traditional winemaking process. When we mean small, It’s small. 50 to 250 cases only per season for each wine. Our premium handpicked grapes from our estate vineyards are ethically and sustainably grown.

Our goal is the highest quality, safest and most ethical wine we can produce. It’s important to know where your wine comes from and how it’s produced. We use regenerative agriculture methods, so as to limit chemical sprays and minimal soil disturbance. Healthy soil is our focus, as we want to get the fruit right in the vineyard to make premium wine.

The journey from the soil, to the vine, then to the grape and lastly the wine, is paramount for us at Elbourne Wines. Our aim is to improve ways of doing things to the benefit of nature & to secure a longer term future for following generations. After producing our deliciously good wine, it doesn’t stop there, for every case of wine sold we sow a plant and our empty bottles are upcycled into gifts - check out our shop to see more!
